St. Sava's Day is celebrated on January 27th every year in the Republic of Serbia because Sava is the saint patron of Serb education. Here in Croatia, there are also schools whose saint patron is St. Sava. In our surrounding region there are also schools which celebrate St. Sava just like we do here in Bobota and they are from Bršadin, Trpinja, Borovo, Negoslavci, Vukovar, Tenja, Markušica, Gaboš, Ostrovo, Dalj, Bijelo Brdo and many others.
This year, the English+ group prepared something new: we prepared in English the school board with information about St. Sava and translated the Hymn to Saint Sava.
