Vladimir Šeks, president of Croatian parlament has resorted with president of Representing home of Czech parlament Lubomir Zaoralek in Prag. They were discussing about acess Croatia to European union on what Zaoralek said to the journalist “Croatia must solve problems about the Hauge court before entrence in EU. European charter about little and medium companies and project apliance this charter in Croatia has presented in Rijeka. Properties of this Charter are better legislation, cheaper and faster activation of buisness, advancement of acess to Internet, education and drill in entrepreneurship,development of e-business activity and bigger representation interest of little companies in European union. Intention of project is support to Croatian district of government in adoption project which support little and medium companies. Five states members European union has asked from Luksembourg premier and chairman European council Jean-Claude Juncker that question of access Croatia to the Union put on agenda of summit which will maintain next week in Bruxelles.
