Tony Blair has for his first time, declared a delay of referendum about EU constitution if France on May 29th rejects it. On the question will the planned referendum stay if French accept EU constitution, he said: ''It can not be voted about anything''. Hungary doesn't have negative opinions about importing weapons from China, but that opinion will tear off if China doesn’t respect human rights, accept and stick European criterions. Britain is against Germany’s initiative about China’s embargo, and because of that they couldn’t establish consensus. Nationalistic side of Basques by leadership of Juan Jose Ibarretexte have lost on the elections, while on everyone’s surprise, Communist side won 9 mandates. Ibarretexte can’t assemble a government, which needs 38 of 75 mandates in Basques parliament, without of the Communist side help. Basque prime minister Juan Jose Ibarretexte was planning to show his plan about ''free association'' with Madrid, which would Basque assure more independence on the area of fiscal politics, judiciary and foreign affairs, but not on the area of full independence from Spain.
