General Nebojša Pavković will soon turn himself to the court of Huage as the Ljubiša Živadinović, Pavković's lawer said. Pavković sended the letter in what he asked from Živadinović to prepare the deffence as soon as possible.However he doesn't know where is Pavković right now, Živadinović says "Pavković is asking from me to work boath night and day to finish the preparations, how he can be ready when he goes to the Huage.He is cleary indicating the preparations of deffence and condission for his leave in the Huage, sooner or later." The accusation is carging Pavković for the war criminales at Kosovo in 1999. The convicted Pavković the police didn't find at his Beograd's address and they don't know where he is right now. The Srbian police is levying the all-points bulleting after him. French president Jacques Chirac warn that there won't be any negotiations about constitution of EU unless on French referendum win "no".Chirac said that " If "no" win, European construction will stop and we stays on previously agreement, we stop". Main Croatian negotiate Vladimir Drobnjak said that Croatia knows exactly where she goes and what she expect there. He said that her job is easier because she get advices from contrys thet alredy have been in same positon. Drobnjak was talking about partnership relation of Union like organization, and that Union get to much from their members. He propound that in Europe there are diferent countrys, some of them are smaller and weaker but all of them are equally important.
