THE BEGINNINGS
Idea about unified Europe has come at the middle of 19th
century in the thoughts of a ,in those days, philosophers . And so by it,
a famous france author Victor Hugo dreamt about ''United States of Europe''.
After II. World War, from which european countries gone destroyed,
and some even defeated, there has occurred an idea about new organization about life
on the continent, which would bring a faster progress and prosperity, but stopped
nationals non-tolerance. 9th May 1950. french minister of foreign affairs
Robert Schuman
exposes a plan about establishing an European community for coal and steel.
That day celebrates as a day of Europe.
Year after comes an establishment of European community for
coal and steel community which has approached six countries: France, Western Germany,
Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and Netherlands. 1957. Community spreads its activities on the
area of market and agriculture and that sets up a European Economic Community (EEC). 1967.
EEC affiliates with European Community for atomic energy into an unique European Community (EC).

Turkey is an only country that got extremely negative «Avis» from EU and Greece got slightly negative “Avis”. Turkey is 20 years already in the same status in process of entering to EU. She has more problems at entering, for example: they don’t care enough about human rights, they have political problems about island Cyprus. EU is asking from Turkey to solve problem about Cyprus on an acceptable way for Greece and Turkey.
