Court of justice

Court of justice is a contract regulation interpreter of the EU. It consist 25 judges and 9 independent lawyers, which are chose on a term of 6 years. In a case if national judicial call them, Court of justice is an only relevant instance for a determent decision in courts of EU members, which secures a unique adjustable of european law on the area of European union. The head office is in Luxembourg.

 

European revision court

European revision court controls revenue and expenditure of EU, and allocates budget funds. It consists of 25 judges revisers, from each member countries, one by one. Their term lasts for six years. The head office is in Luxembourg

 

Court of first degree

Court of first degree helps Court of justice in his work. It has been established 1987. and it's competent for accusations meant to Court, for lawsuits submitted to European Commissions by side of laws and physical persons, as for the suits between institutions of Union and its employees against Commission.
