Entirely overwhelmed by her London experience, the English teacher gave the 8th class pupils an assignment to present London in an interactive way that combines photos, text, and speaking. They were divided into two groups. The project consisted of several parts:

• researching London’s landmarks
• choosing which of those to include in their interactive presentation
• doing detailed research on the chosen landmarks
• choosing photos of the selected landmarks
• making a PowerPoint presentation containing both text and photos
• recording their voices presenting the landmarks
• inserting the voice recordings into the presentation

Within the project, they combined their knowledge of English, research, IT, and speaking skills.

The landmarks they presented are the ones each alien needs to see/visit/learn about when they visit the UK capital.

After looking at their presentations, each of you will feel less of an alien when visiting London.
