The 3rd class pupils of Branch school Nikola Tesla from Moravice learned about the rooms in the house and parts of furniture. However, to make learning more attractive to them, we also included play in the teaching process. Namely, the students had rooms in the house written on a larger piece of white paper. Listening to the teacher, they found specific wooden furniture and placed it in a given space. Of course, there were also pieces of furniture not processed in EJ classes, so they had to recognize this furniture by the teacher's description. They sorted the furniture in a wacky way. Hence, the television was in the garden, a kitchen bed, a living room refrigerator, etc.
In this way, the students repeated and established the learned vocabulary. Along the way, they also played and had fun. English is proof that learning and playing go hand in hand. If you don't believe us, come to us in Moravice and enjoy!
