The Fast - Fun, Authentic, Simple and Trustworthy project wants to provide guidance and training for teachers all over Europe in
how to use ICT tools and digital methods adapted to the pillars of the "21st century skills" and the exciting aspects of Bloom's digital
taxonomy.
The project will build and grow an integrative approach in disseminating, sharing and best practices focused on the use and
continuous development of ICT. The members in our project comes from Denmark, Norway, Croatia, Slovenia and Poland and we all
got a little but different experience in the use of ICT. We all come from primary school education providers.
In an ever changing world it is important for us to give our pupils opportunities and education so that they can get the life they
want. This way we can also continue the growth of a successful Europe marked and make our pupils more competitive in the labor
market.
Modern research has shown us, that one of the important ways for us to do this is to give opportunities for children to learn and
improve their ICT skills continuously. In this way we are also going to ensure social justice and inclusion.
In our cooperation we going to become the best ICT teachers, instructors and innovation inspires and we going to inspire our
colleagues all over Europe and in this way continue our common lifelong learning.
In the initial phase we are 60 teachers associated with the project and it is our goal to be able to broaden our experience and
knowledge to at least the double amount of teachers and educators at our own schools. Our accumulated knowledge will be spread
all over Europe for the benefit of many teachers and thousands of pupils.
We know that the impact will give us and colleagues all over Europe a great deal of longer terms benefit:
- We will create a synergy to improve basic skills by comparing the different ways mother tongue programs are built on? We will use
this acquired knowledge innovatively to motivate both our own cooperation group but also let this knowledge go forward to the
contacts we have within the ICT world of programmers.
- this way we aim to reduce the differences in learning outcomes with special focus on less advantaged pupils or students with
limited opportunities. Our innovative focus will center on how we develop our didactic ICT skills in the software that already exists
but also what it takes to develop this learning perspective to accommodate our group. This will also include finding good and
cheap/free open source programs and solutions
- We have different curricula in which the use of ICT is described differently and we going to try different approaches described in
our national curricula in relation to the use of ICT. In this way we can make innovation by experiment with a variety of options of
which the best can be used as inspiration for all others.
- how to follow the ICT trend despite the lack of computers? Do we always need the newest hard- and software, can we reuse old
pc’s, work across different operating systems - innovative focus on the obvious and easily accessible aspects
- we need to make investigation on how ICT can be used for training, homework, evaluation, innovation and entrepreneurship. Our
students are in many ways ICT experts and are able to contribute with many innovative initiatives. We will through our exciting
project work with entrepreneurship and a virtual business / business across the borders to teach ourselves and students about how
innovation can develop in relation to entrepreneurship
- the importance of how ICT in class can also help to challenge physically and not only promote sedentary work. We will work with
pupils to code a small app that can be used in the daily lessons
- how to give the children a healthy attitude on the internet to protect them from bad experiences? Our pupils will make their own
innovative proposals in their own eye level using cartoons, animated movies, pictures, podcast and so on.
- find out how ICT and eTwinning based teamwork can add to pupils’ motivation and involvement in all normally planned activities
(not time-consuming but creativity-inducing) and bring this into the curriculum? Our innovative focus here will be the courses in
entrepreneurship as mentioned above
It is is our clear goal that a longer term benefit will be to start a professional and didactic process where we are constantly aware and acknowledge that all processes related to the use of ICT is constantly evolving. We will therefore innovatively through the exciting
process of this project develop tools that enable us to know what it takes of knowledge and experience to continuously evaluate
both the technical and the didactic parts.
These aspects will of course quickly spread to our own organizations. We will be writing articles in our respective professional
journals to spread the experience nationally and our website to spread the exciting outcome across Europe. In this way our
experience will be freely and easily available.
The project was designed during the TCA in Tallinn, Estonia, where as a participant was a school coordinator. Link to the article:

The ERASMUS + "Wearable methodology" project a new methodology based on the use of innovative technologies for education, will be developed by four European partners, two partners from Spain, Anton Diaz School and the University of Castilla La Mancha, another partner of Bulgaria St. Kliment Ohridski School, and another partner School Petar Zoranić Croatia Nin.
They share the same innovative and transformative concerns in education, and the need to adapt the teaching-learning to the new information and communications technology and the need to exchange experiences and search for new methodological formulas to improve students’ academic performance and motivation toward learning, improving basic skills of students and especially on foreign language (English), this will also be a goal for teachers, improve their English skill.
For this, the project involves the design of a new methodology, which we have called: Wearable Methodology (WM).
Based primarily on the idea that the introduction of new technologies is already in our daily life, pupils and teachers use these tools regularly. But we found inconvenient for educational use, these problems are given because working with computers is usually individually, ie student-computer or teacher-computer, rarely we found them on network or allow us to perform activities in which students focus on the learning content, rather than the tool they are using.
The WM methodology would be developed with this project allows interaction and not virtual collaboration of student-student, student-environment, student-teacher and is based on experimental student learning, plus technology, it allows diversity, respecting the rhythm of each student, also allows active and participatory learning using cooperative learning strategies and even a learning designed by the student, the teacher's role change to a mere learning coordinator. This WM can improve students’ motivation as he will be the center of learning.
Teachers and students design and implement activities with the use of the software. For the use of the Internet and technology Wearable things, you need a classroom with sensors, chip, whiteboard, projector, internet, tablets and wearable (bracelet) one for each student. School classroom with these characteristics will be create in each School, which we have called: “Wearable Aula”, where teachers and students can use WM.
Free software along with the educational activities will be available on the project's blog, together with the explanatory Teaching Guide, how to use it and how to design new activities tailored to school pupils who want to use it. In addition, the Guide will include a study of the results obtained in relation to motivation and school failure.
For project coordination working committees will be made, each committee shall be composed of one representative from each partner. All working documents will be available for all participants.
Five transnational meetings are scheduled for coordination and evaluation of the project, training meeting for school teachers to show them how to use the software properly and University teachers will acquire knowledge about child psychology, educational methodologies and on curricular activities that will be most suitable for primary school students to develop basic skills in them and to achieve the objectives proposed in the project.
Four Multipliers Events will be made for the dissemination of the project WM, an event organized by each partner.
Regional Conference Project Erasmus + "Wearable methodology" a new methodology based on the use of innovative technologies for education. In Spain and Croatia.
Smart learning workshop in Spain
New educational Approaches developed in Erasmus + Project in Bulgaria
The impact expected is that school performance and student motivation improve, reducing the rate of school failure in our schools, and thus also lower the dropout rate in secondary education in our rural areas. When young people in a locality achieve secondary education, the community benefits from it, to social, cultural and economic level.
