On Friday, 6th May, on the occasion of Đakovo City Day, the sixth graders of our schools visited the greenhouses at the Secondary vocational school Antun Horvat. The teachers who went with them were Snježana Krišto, Tatjana Majačić and Ivana Hrastović Mandarić. Before the visit, the pupils got some pretzels, so they didn't get hungry. They didn't have to bring their school bags that day. The pupils saw a lot of different plants, vegetables and beautiful flowers there and learned some names for different plants. They also learned about the ways to grow plants. After the visit they went to eat some ice cream. Below you can look at some of the photos that were taken that day.
