Prague is a capital of Czech republic and a city of culture. He was pronounced as European city of culture. Prague is the wealthiest city of Eastern Europe. Moravia is lowland on east of Czech Republic. She is important for Czech economy because she connects Baltic Sea and Danube lowland. Agriculture is very developed in Moravia.
Charles bridge in Prague was built by Charles IV. in 14.century. Beneath him floats Vltava River, one of the most famous Czech rivers. Prague cathedral or st. Vitus cathedral is the oldest gothic cathedral in Central Europe. Charles IV. in 14.century built her too. In st. Vitus cathedral are tombs of Czech kings. Czech Republic has lots of termals. Karlovy Vary are thermals built on these sources and they are very important for Czech tourism.
Prague spring is a name for protests in Czech Republic 1968. against comunist regime of SSSR-a which controlled Czech Republic. In honour of that event every year Prague hosts a 'Prague spring festivals' of book, music... Car industry developed very fast in Czech Republic along with her entrance to EU. She might become the biggest car producer in Europe very soon. Czech football team was one of the best football teams world wide, but than they got 'quiet'. Last year she got stronger again and she proved that on Euro.
