On May 27th 2015 there was the Music quiz held in Nikola Tesla Primary School in Moravice. There were 4 groups competing each representing one of the upper classes. There were 4 members in each group.
The groups were:
5th class: Valentina Alinèiæ, Mirjam Golik, Roberta Vuèiniæ and Vanja Vuèiniæ
6th class: Ella Musulin, Suzana Petroviæ, Lana Uzelac and Vedran Višniæ
7th class: Mateo Ašèiæ, Zoran Mamula, Michael Mlaðenoviæ and Igor Polovina
8th class: Natalija Dokmanoviæ, Refik Husiæ, Marin Mamula and Dario Konjeviæ
Each group had a buzzer of different colour and sound. The English teacher was in charge of the music while the decision making board was made of our Maths teacher Milena Vidas in charge of adding their points, then our Science teacher Biljana Lešnjakoviæ, who was monitoring the buzzers and our 3rd class teacher Snje¾ana Dokmanoviæ for saying whether the answer is correct or not.
They had to listen to a song and press the buzzer to get an opportunity to guess the singer or the band. If their answer was incorrect, the next group who pressed its buzzer second got the chance to answer the same music question.
They had to listen to 46 numbers containing The Beatles, Elton John, Adele, Amy Winehouse, One Direction, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Elvis Presley, Madonna, The Bee Gees, Savage Garden, Olivia Newton-John, Kylie Minogue, Celine Dion, Bryan Adams, Avril Lavigne and Justin Bieber.
The final results were these:
1st place: 5th class
2nd place: 8th class
3rd place: 6th class
4th place: 7th class
Each group has been awarded a music trophy with the name of the project (The Month of the English Culture 2015) and their place engraved.
The official photographer of the event was a 7th class pupil Zorana Konjeviæ.
Congratulations to all the participants! You were remarkable and you made me very proud! I am happy to be your teacher!

On 7 October we visited one of Crotian national parks which is also the oldest one. We had a lot of fun on the way there...as well as on the way home...At first the weather was cloudy but it wasn't raining. However, our luck didn't last...During the second half of our sightseeing the rain started...and we hurried to the bus...Some of us got wet more than others.
Despite the weather we had the best time ever!
P.S. It was also our teacher's birthday and our present to her was a folk song wishing her to live until she's 105 and then all over again!
